Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player or professional, our workshops will help take your game to the next level. Available on 121 or a small group of 5.

Fitness and Conditioning Programs
Our fitness and conditioning programs are aimed at improving your physical strength, endurance, and overall performance. Our certified trainers will create a customised program to help you reach your peak fitness level.

Team Building & Rapport Development Sessions
At Manchester Ballers Academy, we believe that strong team chemistry is the foundation for consistent performance on the pitch. Our Team Building & Rapport Development service is designed to help teams form deeper bonds, improve communication, and develop mutual trust—key elements that translate into better collaboration and resilience during games.
We incorporate a variety of interactive, football-specific and off-the-pitch activities to build camaraderie among players. These include:

Professional / Elite
Designed for elite athletes chasing excellence in any sport, this service is all about sharpening every part of your game—body, mind, and skill—so you can perform at your absolute best when it matters most.

Camps
Designed for athletes aged 7–16 during the holidays, these sessions follow a similar structure to our regular group training but with an extra emphasis on fun, games, and enjoyment—keeping players active, engaged, and smiling while still developing their skills.

Community Fitness
We offer a Health & Recreation Service for community groups, designed to support well-being and promote a positive mindset through engaging, team-based exercise sessions. Our aim is to help our community improve fitness, reduce stress, and build stronger connections in a fun, supportive environment.
